Mr. Jones is a business consultant with more than 28 years experience in working for national and international clients. His consulting activities extend into areas of business planning, human capital investments, infrastructure development, strategy transformation, acquisitions and mergers, and marketing planning. While working for others in the traditional business world in his early career, Mr. Jones was often challenged to correct specific issues and problems within the parent company, or often, with branches, subsidiaries, acquisitions, and divestitures. The rewards of these challenges and the successes that followed, led to the passion for a transition to a full-time, independent small-business advisor, management consultant, and change agent. Mr. Jones has implemented change management in a wide-variety of business environments, including family businesses, construction companies, and closely held companies working exclusively with business owners and principals. In working as a business advisor, management consultant, and confidant to over 100 small business owners, government organizations, profit & non-profit, Mr. Jones has initiated and implemented successful changes in a number of areas. He has held executive management and leadership positions that included directing, managing, teaching, coaching, counseling, and consulting in human capital focused organizations.
Mr. Jones obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training and Development and a Master’s in Business Administration. He attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, GA.

Mrs. Denton is an accomplished Corporate Attorney, Trainer and Senior Manager with more than twenty years of demonstrated expertise and leadership across diverse industries and broad based functions including telecommunications, real estate, franchising, litigation, finance, contracts, due-diligence, and general operations. Mrs. Denton has been responsible for oversight, implementation, and monitoring contracts and programs with complete P & L responsibility.

Peter LaChance, V.P. Human Capital Solutions
Mr. LaChance has advised businesses on strategic and business planning, and assisted them with developing organizational effectiveness processes for lasting, bottom line results. He specializes in the "people aspects" of growing, operating and fixing businesses. The approach Mr. LaChance uses often entails major changes in business processes to ensure effectiveness and accountability for results. He helps in the development of leadership skills in the areas of management, supervision, sales and customer service. He also identifies human capital issues through a wrap around value approach while making assessments of employee job behaviors and improvement of attitudes in client staff as an executive coach for top executives, which help them to become more effective.

She offers her global experience while working with multiple countries, and virtual teams with distinctive business background blending skills in human resources, strategic initiatives, and organizational development. Steve B. Manyimo, PE, V.P. Consulting Engineering
Mr. Manyimo has overall responsibility for the firm’s design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, as well as managing the firm’s daily operations. With more than 25 years of engineering experience, he has made significant contributions to a variety of industries - housing, education, recreational, and commercial – and has written studies for various governmental agencies, including the EPA, DOE and DOD. Mr. Manyimo prepares heat balances and economic analysis for boiler retrofit study at Deepwater Station for Atlantic City, NJ Electric Company. He ensures economic analysis models are useful in feasibility connected with project with the Department of Defense at the United States Navy, Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. His experience further permits him to conduct and determine the feasibility of retrofitting the Department of Energy and the Toledo Edison Company’s existing power plant to increase capacity of generating electric power and supply steam for heating commercial and retail operations in downtown Toledo, Ohio. Mr. Manyimo’s technical assistance was very useful in providing technical assistance in the IUS study for Central Michigan University, the IUS Marketing Guide and the IUS Technology Assessment Report. He has prepared and completed studies for the Department of Health, Education & Welfare with an assessment of onsite power generation, utilization of exhaust heat for space heating and cooling, solid waste incineration with heat recovery, potable water generation and onsite wastewater treatment.
Mr. Manyimo’s professional memberships include the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers, and the National Society of Professional Engineers. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Tyrone Phillips Director Design Services
Mr. Phillips offers more than 15 years of diversified experience in the construction industry. His expertise includes architecture, engineering as well as design and planning. He holds certificates in Construction Specification Writing, Plumbing Design, Structural Steel Design, Bridge Inspection, Project Management, Planning and Scheduling, Building Codes and Application and Estimating/Cost Analysis. Mr. Phillips is certified by F.E.M.A., BOCA, American Institute of Design – A.S.T. Architectural Drafting Tech, Penn State University – Project Management Certification and holds a BS Degree at Almeda University in Architectural Design.
